Cross-country skiing
The Alpine topography of the Jungfrau Region offers little space for Nordic cross-country skiing. The views of the mountains, though, are all the more spectacular.
In the Lauterbrunnen valley the 12 km track from Lauterbrunnen to Stechelberg leads along the Weissen Lütschine River and frozen waterfalls as far as the Upper Lauterbrunnen valley (classical and skating). In Grindelwald the 17 kms of track in Grindelwald Grund offer something for all levels of ability.
